The Houghton Anime Review Organization (H.A.R.O.) is a student
organization at Michigan Tech University in Houghton, Michigan.
H.A.R.O. is primarily devoted to the appreciation of the art form of
animation, particularly Japanese animation (commonly known as anime.)
The group maintains a club library and meets on a regular basis to
view, discuss, and study anime.
